His professional profile includes in excess of 20 years global experience in various senior financial management and operations management positions, including experience as CFO for two mid-cap ASX Listed companies. He has spent the vast majority of his career with companies that deliver a premium service in a high growth environment.
With over 18 years experience in the IT industry, Robert has held a number of senior
management roles as General Manager and Chief Executive Officer in system integration and
professional services companies in Sydney and Melbourne. Robert has had over 6 years
experience in operational intelligence delivering customer solutions around regulatory audit and
compliance, operations and application management and enterprise security.
As Rivium CEO and Service Delivery Manager, he is driving the strategic direction of Rivium’s
focus on operational intelligence through Splunk solutions.
With over 12 years of experience in IT Security, Matthew has had hands on
experience across many functions within Tesserent. Matthew started his career as a
SOC engineer, and he now heads up Sales, Marketing and Operations as the
General Manager for Tesserent Australia. Matthew holds a Bachelors of Business
Information Systems in Information Technology from Swinburne University.
With over 30 years of international experience in cybersecurity, IT Risk and IT Operations, Ross leads the technical teams within the Tesserent Security/Network Operations Centre. Ross has a Masters in Technology Management (Risk Management) from Swinburne University and continues to be an active member of ISACA, AISA, ISC², 'FAIR' Risk and Cyber Risk forums in Melbourne.
With experience including marketing, client experience management, corporate internal communications, programme delivery, people management and customer facing roles - some of these across complex multi-national teams and some within medium sized businesses, Alex Belcher is an adaptable communicator and manager. Her experience includes roles at IBM, Telstra and Jellis Craig. Alex holds a Masters of Marketing (Melbourne Business School) and AICD Foundations.
