April 2019, saw the acquisition of Melbourne-based Rivium who specialise in consulting, implementation and managed services for the enterprise security solution Splunk.
The acquisition of PS&C Security (now known as Pure Security) was announced in October 2019 complementing the Tesserent offerings with penetration testing, secure application development and security advisory services.
Canberra-based north joined the TNT group in December 2019 bringing expertise in cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), project management and DevSecOps and digital transformation. north also bring extensive experience working with government.
Mid 2020 saw Seer Security join the the group, making Tesserent the largest cybersecurity provider in Canberra. Seer Security provides specialist high security services and delivery capabilities to Australian Federal Government departments and agencies including Defence and Law Enforcement.
Most recently we welcome airloom to the Tesserent group. As a Sydney-based cybersecurity firm, airloom strengthens Tesserent's national footprint, bringing with it a focus on security architecture and supporting organisations to secure their journey to the cloud.

Most recently Tesserent has acquired iQ3, strengthening our offerings in Cloud Security Services. iQ3's services and solutions materially complements Tesserent’s Cyber 360 strategy and represents a significant step forward in Tesserent's ability to provide a full end-to-end cyber service.
